Absolutely loved the view of the lake and the spacious patio! They offer kayaks and a canoe. My husband and I had a wonderful canoeing outing! You can rent a boat from the neighboring marina. Walking distance to great restaurants! Pay the extra for the lake view! Loved that all the windows opened in the room to let in that mountain breeze.

The condo was wonderful, all the amenities you would have at home. My kids loved having there own rooms and we did as well. We live in Las Vegas so it was a perfect weekend getaway without having to drive for 5 plus hours. We will definitely be back here soon!

The free wifi was not the best when you have kids on their devices and you are trying to watch a streaming service so that is the only minor downside.

The room was dirty even though it had a heavy smell of disinfectant spray, refrigerator was noisy and missing a leg, all rooms and halls leading to the rooms are laminate floors so it’s very noisy, the screen door wouldn’t slide open to the balcony, toilet on the verge of clogging on every flush, toilet seat was barely mounted to the toilet and wobbly, no cable for TV and Wi-Fi is constantly dropping so anything you would try to watch would be interrupted, I pulled back the sheet on the bed and found filthy mattress cover with stains and stray hair (not mine) on the cover, one of the legs of the bed was damaged, curtains had burn marks, marijuana smoke smell if I had the sliding door open. After contacting the hotel manager I tried to get another room and was informed “all my rooms are like this and that I’m just knit picking (his words) and I should just leave since he won’t be able to meet my expectations” WOW! I would highly recommend NOT staying at this location as it seems to be run by somebody who has no idea what customer service should be and only interested in getting your money. BTW the manager informed me the only time the mattress cover needed to be changed was if somebody actually wet the bed. It’s really a shame as I only stayed 1 night of my 6 night stay. I did get charged for 2 nights as I couldn’t locate the manger in time to check out before 11 am.

Worst customer service ever the front desk didn't want to help she had the worst attitude. I was charged on my card for the room and was never refunded my money back. Had to find another hotel to stay in. I want my money back for the room I never received and was directed to another hotel
