My stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served a generous breakfast, and though I tend to eat a lot, I had more than enough to eat. The staff patiently waited up for me to arrive, even though I was running late and didn't get there until a quarter till 11. The room was comfortable and homey. The staff were very personable and kind, and made every effort to help me feel as comfortable as possible. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

It was quiet and peaceful. I was in town for business and my husband just tagged along for pleasure and time away. It was a fully functioning house with amenities you would expect a home to have. It was close to downtown while also being private and quiet. It would be a great place for families with small children, there are a lot of toys and games available. Awesome for people with allergies, no pets or smoking allowed. Very cute!

The doors were a little tight and the rugs made it hard to close them. Totally manageable.

Our microwave didn't work. I went to open a window and there was an ant nest but besides that everything else was ok

Very clean and comfy for a quick stay. It is good enough for a good night. Safe, calm, and comfortable. Very fair for the price.

Nice house with a lot of attention to every detail. Good location which allows you to walk through downtown.

The entrance to the driveway is a bit narrow because of the trees and a fence, so a big truck probably wouldn’t fit. But we were able to park our car.

The breakfast was good. Good selection and plentiful. Definitely the best part of the stay.

Sorely outdated. Kind of place you check for bed bugs. (Luckily, the mattresses were completely encased in plastic). The hotel had hanging wiring, packed on paint, and looked like it was never updated after its construction. It's not that close to DC either, so the name is deceiving.

The location was good and common spaces looked fine.

The room was quite dingy and we found a bug in one of the beds. It probably wasn’t a bed bug but likely a bug attracted to carpet fibers, according to ChatGPT. Honestly the staff was not apologetic enough and didn’t offer to give us the room free of charge but did let us out of the second night commitment. I didn’t ask for a free night but still. It was outrageously priced for what it is.

Staff was great but at time hard to find. Office closed often and no one to talk to about a problem.

really close to highway 101. Traffic noise was bad but after midnight things go better. This is an old place and could use some TLC.
