I loved the location and the whole experience of being in there in the mountains. The tents were a great experience and the air conditioning worked great, which was amazing because it can get very hot! I loved the Firepit and the games around it.

There is a lot of basic maintenance that could be done up there or basic things to make it better. I found myself constantly thinking of basic cost affective ways they could easily improved the property and add a huge value. A better walk through before each guest arrives: -Basic upkeep: trash around tents/sites. -broken or knocked over path lights, broken chairs and dirty outdoor tables. -Staging the area and adding just a few touches before the guests arrives for their entry shots that go on social media would go a log way. -Basic desert scape landscaping in the general area. -Clean up games/picnic areas/table tops on a schedule so it is presentable...also for those money shots guests are going to get coming into your site. -Pancake breakfast is great as well as smores at night. Could make it presentable with no extra costs.

Location is excellent. The Bellagio, the Venetian, the Caesar's Palace, Linq Promenade and the sphere were all within 15 mins walking distance. Tne room was comfortable and clean.

No complimentary water or coffee machine. The express check-in was a disappointment as they do not accept Apple pay which is the card i used when I booked. I had to get into a long line and check-in with the front desk instead. I'd recommend adding apple pay for check-in.

Friendly staff, good size apartment for 3-4 guests. Location was decent for traveling to different points on the island.

The living room ac did not work and was not fixed during our stay. The property needs a lot of renovating- the up keep seemed to be subpar. The beach was not good for swimming.

Water bubbled up around the floor of the toilet. When staff were informed they said, "Oh, yeah, that's the whole first floor," and left it that off. There was no offer to move us to a dry room. A family member in her 90s returned home from the visit to discover that she had acquired bed bugs!

The view from deck is amazing. The size of condo for me and my kids was great.
