It was the grosses hotel I have ever stayed in. If there was a alternative I would have moved elsewhere 😕😞

The smell, the room was tore up and discussing. Pee all around the base of toilet, door was tore up. Tiles coming off and the wall were there was mold around the tub and the tub itself was peeling literally 😭😭😷😷 it was by far a horrible experience and it was under all ready extremely emotional time. I was having my spouse funeral in his home town!!!!

We provided a list to the manager of the items we thought were subpar. The bathtub had no drain plug, the sink in the vanity was cracked, the faucet on the vanity was loose, toilet tank didn't always refill after use. Breakfast: inadequate even for a continental breakfast. I have celiac......thus ,waffles, cereal etc, is not edible for me. So, I ate a banana. Husband and I had to to go eat breakfast elsewhere. Typically, there are hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice(was available), coffee machine in the room with all the supplies but NO Carafe.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. She acted like she didn’t care if we were checking in or not. The cable tv is difficult to use! I was constantly getting kicked off the wifi. At one point it was so bad that I would get on just to be immediately booted off again. Not good at all! I had to call the front desk about our upstairs neighbors. They were jumping up and down and running back and forth which translated to our room shaking. The person at the front desk said he would call, which I believe he did. It was cal up there for about 20 minutes and then it was like they wanted revenge on us for our call. I k ow there isn’t much you can do but maybe try putting families on the ground floor.

The shower was broken, wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Only 2 of the 4 lights worked. The elevator did not stop on our floor forcing us to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs

Paid for a King Suite(which we have had at this location before) and what we were in was not what we consider a King Suite. Bathroom was nasty. Beer boxes were left from previous guests. Mold around the shower. Floor was dirty. TV remote did not work.

We honestly didn’t realize the cabins didn’t have individual bathrooms attached. The rooms are just perfect. Loved that they bring you a breakfast box in the morning.
