Staff was polite and efficient. Although the breakfast choices were very limited compared with Hampton Inn and other superior properties, I did very much enjoy the egg white frittata on offer. The location was convenient to the casino where there were plenty of food choices.

The entire facility, an most disappointingly the room, smelled so strong of cleaner it seemed someone must have spilled an entire container of pine sol. It took our breath away, I had to go sit outside several times and had a very hard time sleeping with this noxious odor. The rate was VERY VERY high for such a basic room. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were so thin you had to pile four on top of each other to even have a chance of sleeping. There was nothing at all welcoming about the room and there was no mini-frig and the facility had no beer available in the shop. I've stayed in low price budget brands that had just as good of rooms as the one I was given. There was little attention to detail for cleanliness overall. Even the stones on the facade of the building were falling off. I've not been this disappointed in a stay at any brand in a very long time. This property is in urgent need of quality control and auditing for customer experience that measures up to the Marriott name. The breakfast was very underwhelming both in choice, quality and taste.

I love the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. I love the outside seating and grounds. They're beautiful! The rooms are very cozy and clean. The mix of modern and vintage styles are done well.

The B&B was located OK for our travels but we probably wouldn't return. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We liked it was near restaurants (one that we particularly enjoyed).

We We didn't like all the restrictive rules (check-in time, breakfast time, checkout time). We did not like the parking situation. We especially did not like the email that told us that their time was more important than ours and that we would have to adjust our travel schedule to meet THEIR needs or wants. We especially didn't like their late fee for arriving after 6:00 PM. We did not like that the shower/vanity were open to the sleeping area. We could understand why but still didn't like it since I am an earlier riser and my wife is a late riser. All of these items were turnoffs. won't be returning even if we are in the area.

Parking. Historical Area. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and places to visit. Tori communicated and replied to our questions and was very pleasant.

I understand it was a small room, but only 1 chair in the room so when we brought a snack up we had to stand or sit in bed and eat. Candy bar at front desk was $4.00 🤦🏼♀️

I feel like it was a "bait & switch". Online pics were not even close to the actual room. Filthy old carpet, towels were disgusting, and shower needed a good scrub. The pool was not available for the two days we were there. The walls were so thin we were kept up late every night by neighbors. No hot water to shower until the neighbors turned off their shower. Yes, we could hear their shower running. We don't mind nostalgic old motels, but it can certainly be clean. There is nothing worse than filthy carpet and disgusting towels. We won't stay there ever again. The final insult was a 50 cent charge for ice. Never, in my vast travels, have I had to pay for ice. Charge a dollar more for the room and include the ice. So much more I could share but not worth the effort. Never again sums it up pretty well.

The apartment was a 2-bedroom 2-bath, so super convenient but the owner definitely needs to make some more improvements. The locks on the French patio doors + screen doors need to be updated. I never felt safe at night. We even had maintenance come and take a look and their answer was that its pretty safe so no worries. The left doors locked and the right doors didn't, which made no sense to us. And the funny thing was that the left doors had bolts that locked in the floors but the only was to open them was from the outside!! The inner door (right) had a tiny pin lock But only the right ones - left ones didn't. There are 2 French doors in the living and two in the main bedroom - so imagine all fours doors barely lock. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed - we barely used any. BUT no coffee or oil. Or sugar. Granted most people buy that if they are staying longer, that is usually standard fare in most rentals. We only stayed 4 nights. The smaller bathroom has a partially blocked drain in the shower. The main bedroom though lovely and recently redone had not one single towel rail or a hook. Last 2 things: the sectional sofa is a hazard and the pieces don't interlock & slip and slide. I almost fell through the corner section. Also the Ac ‘s are super loud and the main bedroom one was like a freight train. As was the one in the living room. The smaller bedroom stopped Working day one but it was fixed.
