Very nicely furnished apartment, reached by a set of 18 stairs that was reasonable for healthy persons, but somewhat hard for those with physical pains. Nevertheless, the location was pleasant, quiet, and not too far from downtown Steamboat Springs. The kitchen facilities were excellent, so that we could also prepare our own meals as needed, and could store food without any problem. Overall, the arrangement was a great advantage to our party, and the main contact was professional and helpful in finalizing all the practical matters we needed to know to make our stay feasible.

As mentioned above, the 18 steps up to the apartment would be a problem for anyone with physical disabilities. There is no elevator, making the carrying of luggage up to the apartment a bit of a hassle for those of us who were not in the best of physical shape. Nevertheless, the apartment's inner environment was excellent in openness and cleanliness, and the information provided by the manager made the use of the apartment and arrangements we were asked to finalize before leaving very easy and much appreciated.

Convenient to the airport. Had an airport shuttle that dropped us right at the correct door for our airline. My adult son was checking in at 1am. after a long day of travel, for an early flight. They had no problem leaving his room key ready for him at the desk so he didn't have to wake the rest of the people in the room to let him in.

The room floor was wet, bathrooms had rust I’m allergic to that I had to go to the pharmacy to get Benadryl, I tried to use my hair iron the outlet was damaged and it ruined my hair iron. Breakfast was included went downstairs twice no breakfast available just coffee. Bad choice to stay in.

I paid for King room and we were placed in a double bed room. The hotel blamed Booking com stating that they knew they had beans sold out of King rooms for a couple months. The manager told me Because of Maintenance then said she will get me a King room. I asked how because they didn’t have any. She said they would have to move someone else from a Kong that they paid for.
