This was what I wanted - a nice and fairly large room in a good area of Washington DC. Checkin and out were totally efficient, and while the checkin area was nothing special, the room turned out to be Excellent, Comfortable and a really nice place to spend time. The area is good - green and quiet, but right on the main red line and only a few stops to the Zoo, Dupont Circle, or the Museums. the value was very good for Washington, and I have already been back more than once - a really good option.

Gentleman that checked us in was rude. My boyfriend needed a restroom and the guy told him he didn’t have one he could use. The guy ignored him when repeatedly about it. I was upset because I seen that there was in fact restroom my boyfriend could have used by the exercise room.

They have a kitchen area but have no dishes or anything to use. Also what is the point of having dishwasher when there is no dishes.

Some rooms don't have typical beds - either a pullout sofa or a murphy bed. The murphy bed was comfortable. There is a little walk down the road then turn to get to the beach. ABC store is right there, which is nice. The space in room is good when the beds are away.

The check in process wasn't the greatest. She didn't know I had reserved 2 rooms and handed me 6 keys for 1 room. I said, you know I have two rooms and then I was sort of scolded for not telling her. Pool area is not good. No view, and pool is SMALL!

The staff. The TV had a broken cable jack on back. Tv didn’t work. I called front desk and a young girl came to my room. Instead of replacing the TV she propped a tissue box under the cable and wiggled/ positioned so that it was making a connection,and says I have to leave it like this. To me, An electronic item should not be wiggled around and propped up so it works. It was very unhappy and didn’t feel safe.

The guest room was not clean and was outdated. We found dog hair on the bed sheets. The blow dryer was dirty with stains. The clean bath towels were placed in old baskets with the toilet paper. The room also had a weird odor. Not convenient at all and not worth the spent money. The only great part was the location.
