      The hotel is very clean, is extremely well located with boardwalk access, there is free parking (Wild Bill’s is your marker for where you turn into the hotel parking lot) and the staff are friendly. There is an outdoor shower outside the hotel pool area to rinse off sand from the beach. Being a charming vintage hotel, there is an old fashioned elevator manned by a staff member to help help you with your luggage. We used the stairs the rest of the time which was fine for us.

      There are no coffee making facilities in the room, nor in the hotel (there is a Dunkin’ Donuts directly across the parking lot), the standard queen room is very small and the room walls are not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors.

      It Was not clean, we found out by the end of our stay a big red stain on our mattress that looked like blood, it is disappointing and disgusting that you slept with your kids on a dirty mattress, was terrible, my 9 years old daughter asked me if someone got murdered in that room o something...
