Well the guest room that wasn’t a suite was great shoulda been called a suite was clean didn’t look like a trap house but the next room we got was a so called suite and there was pubic hair in the bed used cups floor was sticky lamp busted walls dirty pictures broke handle towels holder looked like it went through a tornado and the mat for the bathroom was stained looking like a rag that you’d clean your garage with! But they caused it a suite lmao nothing “sweet “ about it! And the bed was hard as hell it was horrible! So don’t ask for a suite or off you do don’t get room 120 it’s horrible when the door knob was on wrong and had a hard time getting in 🤦♀️ staff was nice tho breakfast umm there’s a restaurant down the road don’t even waste your time walking to the breakfast area 🤦♀️ watered down juice and I’m not even wasting time talking about the food

The parking lot is not safe and it was full of trash people should be a shamed of themselves but no one cares anymore it’s ridiculous

Freeway noise above tolerance level because the windows are not sound proof; they are old and completely inadequate. I assume due to my booking with booking.com I got the worst room possible. I asked for a quieter accommodation but was told the motel is full. Oddly the parking lot was more than half empty at midnight.

The location was convenient to the boardwalk and resturants. Also, the property was new and well maintained. We wished we had more time to enjoy the pool area.

The rooms were all hard floor. After visiting the beach, we had so much grit on the floor, even after having it cleaned. It would have been convenient to have a broom located in the room to regularly sweep up.

Where should I start? There was a drunk throwing cans across the pool hitting my child. The pool was out of towels by 7 pm. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room. Or even pick up our trash. The phone in my room was missing buttons so we couldn’t call reception or any other department. We tried calling reception using our cell phones but we kept getting hung up. There was a dead moth smeared on the ceiling. The carpet at the halls smell like humid and smoke. We ended up leaving a day earlier because it was just bad.

The location was perfect, as we only needed to drive for maybe 10 minutes at the maximum to reach anywhere we wanted to go in Port Clinton. Lady at the front desk was nice and the cleaning staff comes around 11am, which was perfect for new towels.

Room Cleanliness was a little less than expected. Bathroom was pretty small and the view from the motel was of the surrounding trailer park, but that is made up for by the quick access to the town.
