We absolutely loved our post office penthouse weekend! Fantastic location, awesome interior lots of room and views of the ocean from balcony! It was extremely clean with quality furnishings and fixtures. Host was responsive and accommodating. The whole area is loaded with history and there’s a hot tub and steam room!

Suggest that the metal spiral stairs in the apartment have some sort of safety reflective tape on the edges so you don’t hit your head.

Booked three separate rooms the night before our cruise. This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No a/c, clogged shower drains, TV not working, toilets would not flush, MOLD behind the bed and in the tub. This place deserves nothing less than a wrecking ball. Every person checking out had the same complaints, and it seemed the front desk was used to complaints all the time.

No soap no shampoo bathroom door wouldn’t shut shower dripped all night Trash outside the cabin on the side attracting bugs no back screen on window door was difficult to lock. I was unaware that there’s no towels provided or blankets or sheets until I got there. No blow dryer just very disappointing.

The room was basic but it had what you need - enough space, bed, loveseat, refrigerator, and desk area. It was VERY clean. What I liked most was the service. Denise and the young woman attendant at the front desk answered all of our questions about the beach, where to eat, real estate, etc. Also, they had things in the office reception area that were convenient - water bottles, coffee, wine opener, wine glasses, etc. It's really the staff and service that made me appreciate the place.

The hotel is obviously nice and new, however no one told us about the extra parking fee which was around 40 extra bucks. Maybe I just missed it in the fine print of things but I didn’t see anything about it. However it was good parking.

Staff were friendly some were a little standoffish though. Room was pretty clean except our sink had clogged and when we took out the stopper it was filled with hair. We just left it there cuz that’s not our job. Shower was relatively clean.

Anything that you could possibly need was in the room. Breakfast was tasteful included oj and milk. Cleaning up the room the next day was perfection.
