Wonderful stay in this cozy, spacious and comfortable home! Enjoyed the entertainment room with big screen for movies, record player, outdoor patio and large well-equipped kitchen. Music room with instruments was a fun bonus! Photos do not do justice to this great home! Location is wonderful for getting to many attractions in and outside of Denver. Charming neighborhood with many nearby dining options. Parked in front every day but it was nice having a garage as an option.

The location, view, pool/hot tub areas were great. Gorgeous flowers surrounding the property. Office staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast each morning was very good. There are things that should be updated that would make this place a solid “10”.

Our room #230, was in desperate need of mattress replacement. They squeaked, sagged to the middle and gave us back aches. The towels/hand towels & wash cloths were threadbare & stained. They shouldn’t be used. And then the robes provided (if used $5 per robe per stay) were torn, gaping holes & ragged. They should not be used either. The sheers on windows are dirty/stained brown as if never washed since original placement…just gross. I want so badly to give a higher rating but these issues need to be corrected. I was told they were sold out and couldn’t move rooms. We were on the end of building by stairs and at times it sounded like buffalo running in our room, very loud. And finally, only 4 rooms have balconies not all in River building as led to believe. River building must walk a short distance to pool area.

The parking lot was under construction, so we had to park in a parking ramp. The front desk clerk that checked us in didn't give super clear instructions, so we had to keep asking questions. Most of the front desk associates we attempted to talk to were very quiet and didn't seem open to talking. There was hair in the shower drain when I started it to take a shower. Dust on window ledges shows they aren't really taken care of. A slight swipe with a swiffer duster would likely help.

The carpet was horrible and several of the tiles in kitchen floor were not glues down. My 4 year old grandson just picked up a tile and was holding it when I came into the kitchen.
