Everyone involved in the check in/check out process were so friendly! Shout out to Amber. She was very sweet and accommodating and recommended a lot of places of interest. The facilities are TO DIE FOR especially the massage chair. The pool has the most beautiful view and almost everything is within a walking distance.

This property needs a severe rehab/upgrade. It’s worn out and doesn’t meet the Marriott standards. It “reeks” being a FRANCHISE - Use the Marriott name… Max the profit. The Front Desk attendant- Keith - Needs serious training in Customer Relations - Or be replaced. The way he talked to me - Knowing that I was a Lifetime Platinum Elite Member was terrible. Even a 1st time Marriott stayer should receive better treatment - Much less a best, long term customer.

Although the rooms were comfortable and seemingly recently updated, the hallways and stairwells are constructed of poor quality man-made decking material (something like Trex) - giving everything a very cheap feel. And believe me, for the quality and location, this place wasn’t cheap.
