  Everything… Our host, Laura, was very friendly and eager to ensure her guests had a great stay. She provided helpful driving directions both in writing, as well as posted road signs directing guests to her B&B. She also prepares her guests a great breakfast: eggs, bacon, pancakes, orange juice, and coffee. Laura is very happy to give suggestions of things to do. Our room was clean and warm, the bed very comfortable, with private bathroom, TV, and free WiFi.

  The position of the hotel on top of Nob Hill was great, the feeling when you enter the building was also really welcoming. Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable and we had a nice view. The staff were all very friendly.

  Having only one lift working was annoying. I thought this would have been fixed by the time we visited. I really feel for the staff as we were able to use the staff lift as an option. Also upon arrival I tried to check in using their app but it didn't work so had to line up for about 10 minutes as there was only one person on check in and it was very busy.

  Way too expensive, nickel and dime you for everything, rooms need some renovation, had a room reservation but the garage was full so I had to park off property even though I was paying to stay there but not enough room to park(doesn’t seem right out makes sense) , I was told I could leave a day early since I didn’t pay third party for reservation but paid Hilton when I arrived, but found out Hilton was going to still charge me for the extra night they just made it look like I paid twice the amount for the one night(ridiculous)

  The lobby had a terrible smell the entire time...dark dank hallways...outdated carpet, paint, furniture, bathroom tiles and shower head....Refrigerator only stayed cold 2 hours at a time...the pillowcases had red stains on all 4 of them that I wasn't sure was human blood or bed bug juice...definitely, never again

  No A/C and the front desk only said the owners have not given them a time line on when it would fixed. Also, this is the 2nd time I've booked here and the TV did not work?! They said it had to do with inclimate weather? It was August 30-Sept 1st 2025 blue skies every day...HOT actually which is why no A/c was horrible
