When I arrived at property toilet water was running non stop, I have to fix it. Center was very sticky that pepper sticked. I could not able to clean it. I could not able to connect to wifi that given by property. I was able to connect to other apt wifi but it was slow and stops time to time so as TV. The bunk bed swayed every time I moved I was very scared the it will broke. It was not secured or well built. There was no microwave or desk or chair. There was coffee maker and filter but no coffee. There was this big AV in middle of floor in such small space On the 3 day , I could not get any wifi anymore also TV. I contacted property. It took me 30mm to fix the confection to internet and TV. I should not have to deal with so much issues at stay.

Our shower curtain wasn’t washed from the previous stay because it had dirt stains in it. I hand washed it myself so it could be clean for my family and I.

My sister and I are in our 70's and both handicapped, me on a cane and sister on a scooter. We were getting our luggage into the car. The manager was standing close by with his phone and when the alarm sounded on the phone he said aloud you've got 1 minute to my sister and the people in the room next to us. My sister came into the room and said he told her he was charging us for another night because we didn't get out before 11 a m. I exited and closed the door at 11:04. This evening my sister said she had charges of $154.00 on her credit card. I was charged through Booking.com in advance for $124.14.The man was loud and very forceful with his attitude to 2 old ladies! A big bully! Up until that time I was willing to leave a 5 star review. But not now! He could have said that since this was our first time visiting he would waive the extra nights charge and let it go at that. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. But not now. The people in the next room were also getting out. I asked if he had told them he would charge and they said no because they get out at 10:59. We got out at 11:04. The man was adamant that if he let this go he would have to let others. No discretion, no grace. That man totally ruined our visit that we were celebrating our niece's 50th surprise birthday party.

I made my reservation for the wrong date but was unable to switch the date with Booking.com or with the Holiday Inn Express. So I had to pay again and a much higher rate which was very inconvenient after we had been traveling for hours. The front desk agent was not empathetic she showed no concern nor did she try to help resolve our issues she just kept saying that she couldn't make any changes from her end she did nothing to make it a better customer experience for us.....also the breakfast was good the first day but the second day it looked like they ran out of food but it was less people there
