This was the second time in 4 years we have stayed here between moves from one house to another and this time was just as great and comfortable as the first time. Staff is friendly and very accommodating, especially the General Manager, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you need somewhere to stay for an extended period of time, this is the place to go! The weekly rates are very reasonable, and this location is near everything you need and the highway. The grounds are well kept also. Peaceful, comfy, convenient, and affordable.

We requested our usual room and emailed back and forth. The staff was so nice and said they had us down. We have been coming there for years every year! Got there and staff was rude and not friendly and we didn’t get the room we reserved. We stay there because the staff is usually so great and friendly and they know us and make sure we get our room. Very unfortunate that it was like this on this trip.

Good location nice quick walk to town and beach. Great concierge staff who were very helpful. Beds are decently comfortable.

Tv remote didn’t work, sheets and duvet had multiple stains and housekeeping didn’t change them until the 3rd night of our stay. Trash was also not emptied from the room. Walls are really thin so if you’re below guests who are hiking at night or catching the Cadillac Mtn sunrise, might want to use earplugs. The furnishings like shower curtain and pillowcases were cheap from target. Was expecting a little more high quality for the price point.
