We got there at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. They told us they did not have a clean room for us. Didn’t know when the room would be available so we did not stay. I do not recommend this motel at all the people there have no knowledge of what they’re doing. They had six hours to get our room available and yet it was not available and when we booked it nowhere, did it say that it would be a $75 charge for your pet to stay with you the very worst experience I’ve ever had with a motel.

The entire staff was exceptional. The teamwork they displayed through an unfortunate and unexpected event when a pipe burst was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Amazing guest services. The room service breakfast was delicious.

We only stayed for a couple hours to get some sleep until we started back on our trip. So we didn’t see much of the property. Breakfast was good

One of the beds in our room made a lot of noise just by touching it. Thankfully we had another bed in the room that didn’t make noise since we had our 8mo old baby sleeping in her pack n play between both beds. The only other downside was for my Husband. The lady who checked us in was a little rude to him. First she wouldn’t let him check us in when we got to the hotel after 1am. I was in the truck with our baby who was fast asleep. I then told him it was okay, it’s security reasons, it just irritated him. Then after being in the room for over an hour our little one decided she wanted to be up after sleeping for most of the 6 hour trip, and wouldn’t lay down in the bed with us. So my husband went downstairs to get the pack n play..on his way back up she stopped him and asked if he was a guest here and that he he couldn’t be walking around without a shirt! By this time it’s way after 2am, how many people are checking into this hotel this late? And he has bags in his hands..clearly we’re staying here. Her tone just rubbed my husband the wrong way. All the other workers were extremely welcoming and nice to talk to

I stayed in the Bungalow, which was gorgeous.

A lot of the staff park around the Bungalow, day and night. This leads to unwanted noise from the cars/car doors/music, etc. Because the Bungalow has so many windows it makes your privacy a little shaky at times.
