We love the location and the rate for night. I traveled with my two daughters and went to a wedding. Our room was very spacious and we never felt crowded. It was clean and we had a great sleep. Is in the middle of everything.

What you see in the pictures is not it. The pictures made it look like a very nice hotel but once I arrived, it looked nothing like that. Everything looked worn down and worn out. The AC does not work on the entire property. The rooms are dirty and nasty. I couldn’t stay in that room by myself let alone allow my family to stay there.

As a handicapped person, I had to go up and down 6 steps going in or out. They said it was ADA assessible, and I get they technically were. They built one ADA room on the outside of the building. I was unaware that you had to specifically ask for that one room. Most hotels on the ground floor, are easy to access for handicapped people, so I didn't think to ask. Lesson learned. I will not check into this hotel again.

I had a two night reservation, but I never even ended up staying even one night because it was so disgusting when I arrived. I have never done that in my life, but it was extremely warranted. Bedbugs, absolute disgusting linens. In the short time I was in my room, I could hear straight through both walls as they were paper thin. What is even worse is that the person working there said that although I couldn't get my first night refunded, they would refund my second night. I left at that point and got another hotel around the corner. I have now contacted booking.com repeatedly and have tried to contact the hotel repeatedly-through their website, their phone number, and Facebook-all to no avail. No refund and just horrible memories of an absolutely awful hotel. Avoided all costs.

The breakfast was good.

Room was not that clean. Lots of hair in the bathroom. Heard helicopters all night. Opened curtains the next day to find helipad across the street. Price was outrageous but there was a concert in town at the Gorge.
