Property was fine. Loved being right on the water with the ability to relax by the pool and still able to hear the waves crashing.

Didn’t have everything that was advertised. I’ve stayed here numerous times and this time was definitely not as good as my previous stays. I’ve always been in building 4. This time I was put in building 3, and not enough parking. Only 9 spaces for the entire building. Plus 3 handicap spots. The person who checked us in did not have the best attitude. He was very condescending and not helpful at all. Based on my experience this trip, I’m not sure I’d book here again.

The house was spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for a large group.

The house amenities were frankly awful and not as advertised. One of the bikes was useless because the tires were flat and not even mounted on the wheel, the beach chairs/umbrella were in terrible shape (we had to buy our own because we couldn't rent anything on the beach without advance reservations), the ping pong table had little bounce for playing (and we had to go to the store to buy balls becauae the others were busted), there was no internet service (which also means no TV) for the entire stay, the washing machine was broken so we came back with lots of dirty laundry, the fridge/freezer did not cool properly, and the kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes that have seen better days. When communicating with Vacasa, it took nearly 24 hours for a local rep to respond (she actually came to the house before calling and we just happened to cross paths when coming back to the house to pick up the beach umbrellas we had delivered). I'm certainly hesitant to rent Vacasa properties in the future based on this experience.

Location was wonderful, we were visiting Carowinds so it was very close. The breakfast included was also decent.

I had stayed here before and liked it but this time several things didn’t work. The hair dryer. The coffee pot. The lamp. All of that was a major inconvenience. Along with losing water at some point and i realize that wasn’t the hotels fault as a line busted or something but all of that together made it a little frustrating.

I didn't realize not all hotels have air conditioner. I had to go but a fan for our room because it would get stuffy. The bed was hard. The shower has no water pressure. I wanted to give my son a bath & couldn't because the stopper didn't work & it would have taken forever to get enough water in the tub.
