We loved the location and convenience to everything. We also loved the grounds and the staff was very friendly at the front desk. Rooms were clean also. There were reviews regarding the place being dated, the room we stayed in was fine. The only thing that was really dated was the carpet but who cares. Not sure where all the negative reviews came from.

We didn’t care for the parking situation, the lots filled up quickly and we had to park far from our room entrance. We also didn’t like how small the bathroom was, there wasn’t much space to even sit on the toilet. Also the shower was clogged and when you showered you’d be standing in a few inches of water. We also decided to go elsewhere and eat as the price for breakfast was too expensive.

Great location, nice room, quiet, the whole place was clean, offered entertainment, friendly staff, outdoor seating for bar and restaurant, a place to secure bikes, security cameras. Quiet after the entertainment at 10pm. Code to get in after hours. TV and AC.

The only thing I’d say was there was a very funny smell going into the room. As if covering something like mold or an overflow. But once in the room we didn’t notice it at all. We had to either pay a high price for parking at Pilgrim House ($75) or go down the street (5 minute walk) To park the car overnight. $40. Some other places )$30 or $35 an overnight. Once you park for an overnight you can’t take the car in or out. You’d have to pay $3-4 an hour.

For a room with a decent breakfast it is a good value. Would stay there again. During covid years the breakfasts weren't so good but now they've improved significantly. Thank you Cinnamon Bear Inn!

No housekeeping, no fresh towels. We asked for housekeeping on our second and third day but they never came and for our 4 nights, 5 days we didn't receive any fresh towels. The microwave also didnt work which was annoying. The woman at the front desk was kind and pleasant but the man was a little lazy.
