The breakfast was all cheap over processed pastries and closed early. Only open till 9-930 I believe.

Queen bed was small, off by 2-3 inches width and length. Staff contended that it's a queen tho it was not 60x80 but 57x78...a simple "whoops, sorry", would have been better than sending staff with a tape measure to prove us wrong. ( Proved us right but remained insistent that it was a queen). extra 1-2 Inches of metal frame all the way around didn't sway them. Room was very small. Bathroom was tiny ...all that would have been ok except knees hit the wall when on the toilet!. Bedside table and lamp only on one side of the bed, no closet. Hooks in the bathroom were not sufficient for keeping clothes neat and wrinkle free. Luckily we were staying only one night. Can't imagine how one would keep track of wet bathing suits or jackets if there had been time to use the pool, go to the beach etc We did not care for the online check in. It's on the guest to remember the codes, seems no staff is available after 4pm. Very impersonal . I had been using phone for directions en route, and did not see texted codes. Staff at office were not helpful, just repeated that we had the code. Skipped the requested online checkout and suggested credit card tip complete with fee! Left cash tip for housekeeping. We were on 3rd floor...that's ok except would have liked a warning at booking Inside staircase is very narrow and steep. Many would have difficulty, especially with luggage.

While the entrance was nice, there was no luggage carts downstairs… the rooms were old, carpet was worn down, ceiling was faded and looked like it had stains on it. Tub was clogged when taking a shower there was standing water in tub. Called for help but they advise engineers were not in yet. The hotel credited my stay but it was a damper on my travel and left me with having to find another place to stay last minute.

A previous guest had a pet that urinated in several areas of the carpet and the hotel didn't bother holding off rental if the room before the carpets were thoroughly cleaned. We were offered another room, but since we had already moved many items into the room and it was after 11 PM and my daughter was already sleeping, we stayed in the room.

I got double billed by you and the facility it stunk the shower had no cold water so it was like being boiled when you took a shower the front end clerk was on her phone the entire time. I specifically asked if I was charged incidentals and she said no now I look at my card and I have you billing my card and them this has been a terrible experience that I have never had with you so I can only assume it's them

It’s a very nice and clean property in Jersey City. It’s literally right next to the Path train so it is easy to get to and from NYC. We stayed here as a family of 5, because they offer the double queen rooms with a sofa bed. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and we were even able to check in early since there was a room ready. Staff was nice and helpful. They even let us store our bags behind the front desk after checkout since our flight was later in the evening.

I do wish that the gym had more equipment for weightlifting. It would be nice for a breakfast option included with the stay. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable even for normal sofa bed standards
