  Jonathan that was working the front desk when we arrived check us in and I told him that my husband had become ill on our trip to Bowling Green and that I was going to need help getting him and our luggage to our room. He got the luggage cart and put all of our stuff on it and took it to our room and unloaded it he came back to the lobby and helped me get to the room with my rolator and then took the ralator back to the lobby and pushed my husband on the rolator back to our room. He was a lifesaver because there was no way I could have done all of that by myself. When we were ready to check out he came to our room and help us in the same way as he did when we checked. He absolutely when above and beyond for us. A great young man with great customer service values😊

  The location was fine! It was very close to I-66 west, which we needed!

  The breakfast lacked variety and had little protein. I only saw apples for fruit; but they were gone when I came back to get one. The light outside in the parking lot flashed off & on all night. The curtains didn’t totally block that light. Our room was just inside that lit, on the first floor. So, it was hard to ignore the flashing.
