We went to Vegas for a concert and were looking for an affordable option that wouldn't be too far away. This was it - close enough to the Strip that we could walk to it if we had wanted to, but far enough that it was calm and quiet at night when you want to rest. If the temperature had been lower, we'd have saved a ton just walking instead of all the Uber's we had to get. Because it's only a bit off the strip, it's easy to get to the better-known ones and visit the main attractions (when traffic isn't too bad).

In several other hotels, they are accommodating enough that even when you arrive half an hr or an hr before check-in in they still help you; this wasn't the case here. Not interested in even knowing the name I had the reservation under, they told us to drop our bags and come back in an hour.

the room was very clean. very small however. not a lot of extra space to move around. glad that the porch was accessible in the a.m. so we could have coffee out there. the pool facility was excellent and the location is perfect.

Bathroom shower had a slow drain and no hand soap in the bathroom. Room definitely shows its age, but it didn't really hamper the experience that much.

Not the property’s fault, but there was a group of very young children streaming and running through the property till after midnight. There was no one to complain to even after asking the kids to be quiet

The location is great - near restaurants. I like the hotel because during my state, the room was well maintained, but housekeeping is needed daily, carpet vacuumed tile or wood floors in bathroom mopped. Travelers don’t have supplies to clean the bathtub/shower and clean towels replenished and trashed picked up. Guests are paying more with less services.
