The floors were millennial gray, which hides dirt but not spills. The floors in the room were crazy dirty making my feet and socks black if I walked around without shoes. The entire place was in disrepair. My room door didn’t latch, my four year old son was able to push the door open without swiping the keycard. When we discovered this they moved us to a new room, and up one our arrival the second room was occupied. I was told to go back to the original room and they were having maintenance come in on a Saturday to fix the door. Well the guy showed up and repaired the door on Wednesday and left 3 inch screws in the floor for my kids to find. The dishwasher leaked when ran, the door on the laundry washing machine was pieced together with a pen lid to keep pressure in the door sensor allowing the washer to run, they only clean the room every seven days but don’t give you access to a broom or solvents to clean floors or counters despite having full kitchens in the room. I requested a cleaning and they refused. The offered for me to pickup fresh linens and paper products at the front desk, wouldn’t even bring them to my room. They had the audacity to tell me I had to bring the dirty linens back to the front desk. I stayed for 8 days, I was told I’d have a cleaning on the second to last day, and the cleaner never came. Probably the dirtiest hotel with the worst customer service in the metro area. The only plus was the location and that as long as I didn’t lose the pen lid I had access to laundry in unit. I can safely say I’d never stay at a Wyndham extended stay ever again due to the awful service.

The property was ran down in the first room. We rented had a broken TV and a not working well hairdryer, and the room looks like it had been poorly maintenance. The second room they gave us was better, but the door doesn’t lock very well or securely like it’s been tampered with.

I’m always stuck with Room 221 MAJORITY OF MY STAYS! I’m always having issues with the TV in that room and house keeping doesn’t understand check out is at 11 and is constantly knocking on my door and I feel rushed to leave when I paid for a one night stay!
