      We were lucky enough to get a room with a mountain view. It was magnificent and the window even opened! The entire place has a Wow factor. I had been here before and upon returning, it was even better than I remembered. It is a one of a kind experience.

      We loved that it was so close to the beach and any attraction. Everything was clean, it was quiet and very spacious.

      The only thing wrong was the microwave, it didn’t have the bottom plate that you set your food/drink on to reheat something.

      I was Double Charge on Aug 5th and still haven't been refunded. It's Aug 30th. Im unable to reach the hotel manager to speak about the matter because he is never available. The elevator was not working our whole stay. The front desk charged when she wasn't supposed to. Because I booked through Booking.com. This experience has made me not to be wanting to ever book with Holiday Inn or Booking.com.
