      Place looked abandoned. Restaurant does not exist... roof was caved in. Marina is not visible from property. Parking lot was very dirty. Room not great. As a solo traveler for business, I did not feel comfortable staying there. The whole neighborhood was sketchy.

      The room was awful. There was no light to work in the "executive suite". The shower was a slip and fall hazard and the whole room felt wet afterwards because there is no bathroom ventilation fan.
