      The location is great, just a walking distance to all the best places I need to go in Manhattan.

      When it comes to billing of booking plus additional expenses, it can be very confusing, charges reflected on my credit card are not the same amount compared on the Guest Folio. I still have to do accounting to tally and arrive at the correct amount. The hotel charged my credit card a higher amount for the 3 days stay compared to the amount published on the website and until now I haven't been refunded as they promised.

      The room felt hot and humid like the rugs on the floor had been cleaned and were still wet. The room also smelled of a cover up air freshner spray. And, the girl at the front desk who was there at check in was abrupt and limited with answers for questions

      The room smelled. Carpet needed cleaning. Toilet was almost on the floor. Shower was also a bath. The tub didn’t drain. So I had to soap up then shut off water so it would drain. Took 5 minutes each time. What should have been a 10 minute shower ended up being over a half hour due to the water not draining properly!!!😢
