The room was amazing- so much better than expected based on what the exterior looked like. When you stepped inside, the room is beautiful-- clearly recently renovated. The bed was comfy, the room immaculate- had nice toiletries, too, and decent coffee in-room. Also, they had great windows. Even though the motel is next to the highway, you barely hear outside noise (with A/C fan on). Much nicer than anticipated.

The exterior looks like a tired, roadside, cheap hotel in an unattractive location next to the highway. They could clean up the access to the dog walking area (at the L intersection between the two buildings).

For the 2nd time at this place from Booking. Com they gave me the most crappy room ! I complained and then was given a decent room!! You all need to know they do that to people that get deals on Booking! Everyone I talked to that got a crappy room booked on booking.com!! The room I ended up with was pretty good!! I had the booking for 4 months in advance!! Not fair what they tried to give me! Was upsetting!!

I did not get breakfast but the hotel definitely looks outdated and old. Not in a charming way. Great space that seemed clean and smelled clean enough so it wasn’t all bad. Staff was kind.

They had roaches. We were sent to 2 different rooms that already had guests in them. I had to buy a swiffer mop when I 1st got there and mop the floor 2xs and the pads were BLACK. the tables were sticky.

Breakfast was cereal. The location was fine and it felt safe. The room was adequate but could have been cleaner. We tried flipping the sofa cushions to hide a stain but there was a larger stain on the other side.
