Our host was very responsive to any issues we had. I also appreciated the simple amenities in the house and the fact that we were able to have our dog stay with us during our short vacation. Finally, I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and there was a wonderful coffeeshop about a block away.

This was an adorable little room with a full kitchen and dishes, and all of the things that go with that! It was clean. It was comfortable and right by the main street in West Yellowstone. The staff was amazing.

Staff (most) were friendly and helpful. I'm big on getting a place with a pool and fitness room and the pool was great.

The fitness room floor was soaked and got my clothing wet while trying to do stretches, yoga, crunches. Moldy smell in there was not conducive to working out for long periods.

Shantell did an awesome job making sure the room was clean, smelled fresh, and well organized and stocked with ALL useful supplies. She made our stay pleasant, safe from a hazardous environment, healthy (clutter & germ free) and memorable. We did not have to ask for anything because everything was at our fingertips (accessible). The view was gorgeous and everything inside the room was functional and operational. No complaints whatsoever, very content! Keep up the great work Shantell (Housekeeper Specialist) employed at the Virginia Beach Four Points Sheraton Ocean Front. Give this woman a raise!!!

There was a roach in my room the staff were nonchalant about it said it’s normal. Another guest was at the front desk complaining about the same thing. The front desk guy Selsum didn’t have any spray offered to move me to another room and told me not to make a big deal of it, because I probably had roaches in my house. His attitude was disgusting. I asked for my money back. He admitted there were roaches in the rooms but said it wasn’t a infestation. When I contacted the hotel to ask for a refund, they said they would only give a refund if I removed the review.
