This is our go-to stop when traveling from south to north. Every time we've been here on our travels (and there've been many) it seems to only get better. They really put their money into upgrades and hiring excellent staff, from front desk to housekeepers. We love this place.

This place worked out great for a place to stay for my daughter's wedding. It was only about 15 minutes from the wedding site and reception. Easy to find and get to. Very roomy and clean. Plenty of room for everyone to stay.

Nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city center. Well maintained and functional. Everything was how it was advertised. The shared canal was a plus.

The stairs were steep. The stair rails were rough. There is no elevator or ramp. Elderly people, or people with disabilities would find it challenging. There is only one shared toilet bath.

The room was not as clean as it should be. The cleaning staff sprayed the floor with a blue cleaner but did not rinse with water, so the floor was very sticky. Also, they didn't sweep the balcony.

The security lock on the door was broken and I was on the first floor at the back of the building so it felt a little unsafe. The AC was dodgy and was not consistent if it wanted to blow cold air. The space felt heavily used. It meet my need to sleep but I left before 6am just to get out of there.

Cleaning staff smoking weed pen in hall way made whole area smell horrendous. Had two groups coming from different areas only one parking space had to pay 67 dollars for 10 hours in open lot attached to hotel.
