  The area was beautiful. The animals were fun to have around. The accommodations were nice and the added wine and animal treats was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and the snacks and breakfast were great! We greatly appreciated the extra fans in the room to help with cooling during the summer heat. We had a question and texted the owners who were very responsive.

  The room was spacious and clean. The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel! The recliner was an added bonus. The location was perfect for what I needed and in a quiet area. Staff were very friendly and attentive to any of my questions.

  It was OK. I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to sleep while hiking in the region and this met that need. As long as you don’t anticipate any modern decor or amenities you typically find for higher prices, it will be satisfactory.

  Security. It had a keyed door handle that was loose with two different size screws, and no deadbolt. There was a rear entrance to a side street in my room, but no deadbolt. The primary door does not seem to fit the space correctly. Full sunlight comes under the door and I could easily pass a thin book underneath it. This added to the noise level from the parking lot and street.

  The location was great. Shopping, gas, food was within walking distance.

  The entire hotel is about to be renovated from what we heard. The company is not fixing anytime until renovation. TV was old and took 30 minutes to warm up. Don't count on the continental breakfast. Waffle maker if gone and the coffee is cold more often than not. Stale bagels and raisin toast. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy's or waffle house.

  There is nothing to like about this motel.

  This motel is horrible. The halls smell of stale smoke and dirty laundry. The room keys randomly will not work, and the staff will blame it on you doing something wrong. I was locked out at 1am and no one was at the front desk. Luckily my travel mate finally woke up from me knocking on the door. There is no Air conditioning or heat. The "thermostat" is fake, there is no heat or a/c in the building. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Parking lot is unsafe at an extreme incline. Anyone with mobility problems will not be able to manage. Bed sheets had stains. I will never return to this motel.
