The apartment was spacious and fully loaded with everything a family would need, including a washer & dryer, a full kitchen, and a wide range of beach items. Only two of us stayed there, but it could easily accommodate 6 or more people. The TV remote died on us. My daughter texted the property manager and they had a new remote on the porch the next morning! I was impressed by their responsiveness.

Family vac 6 adults and 2 children 3 rooms walking distance to and from peir and beach. Easy access for senior and family. Kids loved pool and nice yard to sit. The only thing was the closer you are to the beach was the train.

The only disadvantage staying in 2nd floor was you have to carry your luggages and walk down stairs, there’s no continuation of the hallways once you’re out in the elevator.

I didn’t like the location in terms of safety. We didn’t feel safe for the few hours we stayed there. When we got there, there were half eaten food and half juice left in the fridge, there were hairs in the toilet. We liked the modern furniture and attempt at a modern look but you can tell the place is really old. It felt like putting bandage on a broken cup thinking it’s fixed. For the price, it checks out and you get what you paid for. For us, it was the feeling of not feeling safe there even though it was a few hours before we had to go to the airport for our next flight.

Room was exactly what we needed for a night. Sheets were clean. AC was strong. Water was hot. Got lucky with a free upgrade to a room with a kitchenette, tho we didn't use it. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Door manual locks were loose. No wash cloths and the towels were a bit small, but serviceable. These are just points of fact and not a big deal for us.
