The "Two bedroom queen suite" does not have two bedrooms! There is one bedroom with two queen beds and a door, a sitting area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. When I complained, the manager told me the sitting area has a sleep sofa and that is the second bedroom. Calling this a two bedroom suite is deceptive - the only difference between a regular queen suite and a "two bedroom" suite is the door! We had to pay extra for another bedroom. Don't get caught like we did! The breakfast is NOT a "very good breakfast" as claimed on the booking website. I would call it just OK. No cut fruit, no muffins or danish pastries, no deli meats, no hash browns - the things I would expect at a "very good" breakfast.

I was given the wrong type of room I paid for and our room was not cleaned at all of trash and recycle, beds not made, bathroom floor was dirty, our towels were not replaced with fresh ones even though we left our wet ones on the floor, we were not given a new bar of soap even if we had almost finished the small one that were provided, service was bad.

We had to change rooms twice due to maintenance issues because the repair person was not on site over the weekend and couldn't fix things. When we checked out, the manager apologies and said he would refund us for one night of our stay due to having to move rooms twice, but he never did give us our money back--even after following up with Booking and the hotel directly.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the staff was amazing.

We booked a room for 6 adults, but it was far too small. The sofa bed was supposed to accommodate two people, but it was old, tiny, and so uncomfortable — you could feel every spring and bar. On top of that, it wasn’t clean at all. We arrived around 10 p.m. and found only 3 towels in the room. We went down to the lobby to request more, and they told us they would be delivered to the room, but they never arrived. We had to dry ourselves with hand towels. The next morning, after breakfast, our room key didn’t work. We had to go down to the lobby twice, and in the end, it turned out the lock itself was broken. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes in the hallway. When checking out, I was also charged $74 for parking and other fees, which I must have missed when booking. In total, I paid $380 for a room where I slept very poorly and had several service issues — although I must say the staff were very kind and friendly.
