      The bed was very comfortable. Also, the location was great, within walking distance of everything we wanted to go to.

      When we checked in, the staff was friendly but not very informative. Parking wasn't 100% clarified, was there an ice machine? Couldn't tell you for sure... I didn't know there would be maid service while we were there (do not disturb wasn't given as an option). We were very surprised to find the room was "flipped" while we were out. Everything was mismatched furniture-wise. The light fixture was broken. The shower doors weren't really clean, I could tell it really needed a deep clean. Despite that the bed was very comfortable.

      On the surface the hotel looks spectacular, but when you get under the hood there are problems in several areas.

      The parking garage next to the hotel is undergoing renovations and the workers start jackhammering at 7am; We stayed two nights but received breakfast tickets for only one day; our room contained two of the most outdated snd uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in, and we barely got any sleep as s result. Lastly, I didn’t appreciate having to pay a $150 security deposit that I will probably have to chase to get back.
