      Elevators are ridiculous! One not working and the other 2 stretched to the limit. Housekeeping staff using the lifts to transport equipment which I have never seen in a hotel anywhere in the world! It said they have a business centre but apparently they don’t as it’s another thing they are refurbing along with the gym! Pretty disappointing. Charged for the water in the room! Not even one complementary bottle! Very poor considering all the upheaval staying in a hotel with so much renovations going on.
