Customer service was amazing from entry to exit! On site food is very good. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, and the pizza in the sky bar is simply wonderful. The ghost tours are great-I definitely recommend, If you are in a ghost hunting mode, you will love the midnight tour. Hopefully, you will have an encounter I have been twice and have had one ghostly encounter! Amanda in the bar is fantastic. She is an incredible mixologist who really knows what she’s doing. The hotel is pet friendly and has two sweet kitty cats on site!

Did not like the fact that others were allowed to smoke on the balcony rooms the balconies are not private, and the cigarette smoke affects other patrons. This was a big turn off. I probably would not upgrade to a balcony room again due to this.

Gr8 breakfast, nice trees around property, good safe parking. Nice rooms but door to patio was very hard to open and close and there were too many bright lights around the pool and the porches. The ceiling in our shower was repaired and looked rough. No phones or clocks or good tv channels, but little fridge and micro and coffee maker was good.

Excellent location, short walk to main street, area on river for relaxing, comfortable bed, plenty of water pressure & hot water, nice continental breakfast, friendly & helpful staff

The floor was dirty & needed to be mopped so I suggest not going barefoot. Had a problem (day & night) with very noisy upstairs guests with their dog my entire stay. If you can manage the extra stairs, (no elevator) get a room on the second floor.

The room wasn't cleaned at all. Dusty and the bathroom are had to clean by myself. You can tell they just throw the garbage out and fix the bed quickly but dusty everywhere in the bathroom and the fridge and the table. I was nervous to use the shower but had to clean it myself.
