      Having two put all three of us in the same room, even though we paid for two rooms.

      They claim there was only a reservation for one room and that Booking.com made mistake that we paid for two rooms. But after two months with no settlement, it is obvious that booking.com plans to refuse returning the fee for the second room, even though collected the money for it.

      The room was awful. There was no light to work in the "executive suite". The shower was a slip and fall hazard and the whole room felt wet afterwards because there is no bathroom ventilation fan.
