  I was impressed with how well the hotel was maintained and how well staffed it was. For most of our stay they were repairing the elevator, so we had to walk up four floors to the rooftop pool. The pool was relaxing with an attendant put to put a towel on your chaise and give other towels. Also a bartender available. It was like a small, upscale club.

  No complaints, just some minor inconvenience because of pool repair, they were also painting by the pool. It was good to see all the maintenance and improvements and attention the building gets.

  Bed was horrid sheets didn’t fit. Roaches Staff came to the room and attempted to get in @ 10:50, mind you check out is 11:00, and threatened my wife to throw our belongings on the street, at which point my wife shut the door in there face. Then we were threatened with the staff calling the police if we did not vacate the room before 11:00. When I went to office after this encounter I overheard this arrogant desk person tell another guest he had 1 minute to vacate or suffer the consequences. We are hotshots and have stayed at our share of RR Inns but have never encountered this type of unprofessional behavior. I can assure you we will never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all costs.
