Didn't like the buffet breakfast. It didn't live up to the $20 charge for it. Was very disappointed. Hope improvements are made in the future for me to recommend this hotel.

I felt the breakfast buffet did not live up to the $20 expense. Most of the food was hard, the bacon tastes like it had been sitting in grease, the pancakes and biscuits were hard. Overall, most of the food taste like leftovers from the day before. I was very disappointed. However, the breakfast off on the menu was decent. Additionally, the beds were hard to sleep on, and the sheets had stains on them. The housekeeping staff had to change them and add new sheets. Also, the pillows need to be replaced as they were too soft and flat.

I was kind of disappointed with this place. The rooms were nicely decorated but it was a bit run down. The carpet was stained and the mattresses were pretty saggy. The wood microwave/fridge was also chipped up. The table and chairs were on the opposite side of the room from the window so sitting in the room was pretty dark. At almost $400 a night it was one of the more expensive places I've ever stayed (but granted many places in town are much more).

The lack of an elevator just boggles the mind for a hotel with rooms both a floor below and a floor above the main floor. Also the shower was a bit hit and miss because the temperature fluctuating all over the place.

The bathroom was simply odd. The space was small and there was no where to put toiletries. Additionally, we could never find the remote to the tv (which was on to the welcome screen upon arrival). We reported this and staff was nice, but the remote was never found. We unplugged the tv for the stay. Our last and probably biggest issue was the lack of lighting. The room did not have an overhead light.
