How attentive and eager to help make us feel comfortable and cared for the staff was ,especially Sarah she was the highlight of the stay. Sarah made sure we knew all about the many amenities the hotel had to offer like the wonderful spa and refreshing pool as well as delicious breakfast. Sarah made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished and overall a pleasant to relax in. Restroooms were super nice and clean. The bed as well as couch in the room were both so comfy. The hotel is situated in a lively part of town so you’re very close to food and entertainment so there’s never a dull moment. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking here again. Great rooms great location amazing amenities.

I booked this trip for business and the scheduled four nights and charged me for four nights but when I booked it I had booked for three nights. I was checking out on Thursday which is what I booked. I told the clerk about this when I checked in but she said she could do nothing so I was charged for thursday night as well. I asked about a fridge in the room, she said that one would be installed Tuesday morning. Than did not happen, now the clerk knew nothing about this.

the room was disgusting there was no shower curtain in the bathroom there was bugs on the wall I'm going to get woke up at 7:30 in the morning because my fire alarm is going off in my room mind you I'm not a smoker but it's going off then the front desk comes up knocks on the door I am in my underwear and bra I answer the door and let him come inside and he tells me I can't get my deposit back and I have to leave you I'm not a smoker so why did the alarm go off in the first place and they kept my deposit. I stayed there last week and had no issues
