Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      Our 1st stay here. This place was fabulous! Location was great to the Pattys 1800’s restaurant. They offered a hot breakfast free which is great, when most places don’t. Staff were very nice & it was very clean! They even had a popcorn machine that offered fresh popcorn between certain hours which I found to be very nice! Past certain hours if you are not a guest, you cannot just walk in. That is a nice safety for your family! The only drawback we honestly have was the bed. Those could be a little more comfortable. Had the bed been a bit softer, this place would be perfection across the board! But not enough to where we won’t stay again. We will be bringing a bed topper of sorts on our next stay here! & we can’t wait!

      Room was not ready at check in. The receptionist said the room was not cleaned and she would call when it was ready. She never called and when I returned to the hotel around 6pm that’s when I was informed that my room was ready. After an 8 hr drive I had to wait 3 hrs to get some rest

      Our toilet didn’t work and the staff didn’t see to it properly. We ultimately used the public washrooms on the main floor although we could have asked for another room. We noted the problem again on our departure.
