The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was great with access to stores and restaurants right off of the interstate.

The elevators were scary, consistently closing on you, rough ride up/down and would jerk to a stop when hitting the first floor. The breakfast would've been good if there was more variety on the hot bar. I can't eat sausage and they had two types sausage links, patties and sausage gravy with biscuits. Their pancake maker was broken so the only breakfast was cereal or pastry.

This was a surprise. The outside doesn't look that great but the room was clean and a good size for 2 adults and a pet.

Pets are no longer allowed on the outside patio during food service which meant we couldn't eat there since we didn't have a kennel and dogs are not allowed in the rooms unattended. We found one restaurant with a dog friendly patio in town and it wasn't very good. Unless you are up to driving 45 minutes to the nearest town. don't expect many choices to eat out. We also were told that it was a Utah state law that dogs weren't allowed on the patio. They finally told us the truth after I questioned it and told us it was a hotel policy after an incident there. Please don't lie.

Directed to used back door as access to and from my room with my pet. Door constantly surrounded by low class vagrant type people smoking drugs. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe being a female traveling alone with her pet. Charged 30$ extra a nite for my pet who is well trained and clean. Constantly wearing expensive flea collar and dog does NOT bark and is house trained. This 30$ a nite fee should have been posted before I arrived! Also, the free so called breakfast only consisted of stale waffles, stale cheap white bread for inedible toast, frozen butter pats that were completely unable to be spread on your waffles. The juice was "turned" orange juice that was actually brown in color! Tried the apple juice and it was poorly mixed with what was mostly water and no taste. Bedding was yellowed and felt old. Mattress very stiff and uncomfortable. Towels were old and dingy. Felt like I was designated to a substandard room just because I was traveling with my support animal and charged more for it!

Did much care for their continental breakfast they need to offer more options you get no eggs bacon sausage are you get is danishes oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and coffee. oh, and their mattresses are not comfortable at all.
