Great location back off the main road but very close to Walmart for any you may need to purchase. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had! We had a small issue with our A/C in our room, but I notified the staff abiut it the next morning and they took care of the issue and refunded our stay since we couldn't sleep well because of the noise. Robert was the staff member I spoke with on site and he was extremely helpful in taking care of this issue for us! He went above and beyond to help me get refunded feom booking.com as there was a technical issue that caused it to take a month and several phone calls to get my refund. I highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, friendliness and a great free continental breakfast! Thank you, Robert, for all your help! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in this area!

The ambassador suite is beautiful, beds are very comfortable, washer/dryer in room, plenty of fun activities both for free or at a minor cost. You can borrow dvds and board games. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and ice maker in freezer. Multiple swimming pools. Perfect location.

I booked a one-night stay at Hotel Indigo Myrtle Beach and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the renovated rooms looked nice, we encountered serious issues. Late at night, we stepped onto the balcony, and when the door closed behind us, it locked automatically without warning. We had no idea this would happen, especially since we had already used the balcony earlier without issue. Our car keys, clothes, water and all of our belongings were left inside. Staff informed us that maintenance would not be available until 9 am, leaving us without real help overnight. The front desk staff tried using her master key and two other keys, but nothing worked, and once she left for the night there was no emergency assistance available. The issue wasn’t resolved until 1 pm the following day, when it was finally discovered that the door had been locked from the inside. This meant we were locked out for hours with little to no proper support. To make matters worse, the replacement room we were moved to had blood stains on the pillows, which was unacceptable for any hotel stay. Overall, this was a frustrating and concerning experience that highlighted poor management, a lack of emergency procedures, and serious cleanliness issues

Pier House 60 Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel is in the perfect location—just steps from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. The view from our balcony was stunning, and the highlight was Jimmy’s Crow’s Nest on the top floor, which offered exceptional views, great drinks, and tasty food. The staff was warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay.
