We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

  Very attractive lobby and rooms. Helpful staff, comfortable bed, and very clean.

  Room lighting was dim, would like some brighter lights (not all, but some). It would've been nice to have a luggage stand, as there was no place to lay out a suitcase except on the desk (most places we have stayed have the fold-up luggage racks). Also, we would have appreciated more surface space in the bathroom (a shelf or table under the sink would help a lot).

  Our room was very unpleasant. It was filthy. The floors were not clean. There were bugs on the ceiling crawling around. The bathtub was so disgusting that we didn't even shower. The sink and tub had hair in it and on the floors. The room smelled awful like someone had been smoking more than a cigarette! I did tell the front office and showed them photos. They said they would talk to one of their many house keepers and apologized to us for the inconvenience. We were very disappointed in our stay!
