Liked it that the motel had free parking. Liked being able to open windows and that we were on the third floor away from the street and elevator.

Can’t compare with motels nearby, but compared Best Western Plus, this motel’s rooms were much smaller and pillows were awful. $250 was too mucg.

Booking did not inform us that there would be a $25/night charge to park our car at the property...valet or self park. The fee was fine, but I should have been informed about it before booking.

My Linen was dirty, torn and stained. I notified the night staff and he gave me clean sheets but they didn’t not fit my bed. The cover to the mattress was stained and dirty. The two top covers not the sheets were torn and stained. I notified the morning staff and she told me nothing could be done because the cleaning staff only changed the Lenin on Mondays and Thursday and it was Saturday morning so that meant I was not going to get anything clean. I have pictures which I will try to send

i was given a awful room at the entrance floor. Room had a window which was opening to a dark alley next to a garbage bin. window lock was not working and i asked differrnt room. i was asked more money to upgrade and that rude guy who is name is Alexis tried ti convince me to stay innthat unsafe room. He tried to lock the window but could not. There was no way...i was not gonna get robned in that shady hotel. ai asked for refund ...He refused it...I had i find another hotel 2am in the morning... awful place, awful employee...

Clean bed, clean bathroom. Pillows were comfortable. Not noisy.
