  Seaside Serenity had everything I needed. Pots and pans so I could cook, all the toiletries you need, Smart TVs to connect to my streaming accounts, Lovely balconies to sit outside and enjoy the weather, comfy furniture. Close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and Casinos with in a few minutes drive. It was a Lovely Condo and I highly recommend it! I will be back;)

  The location was great. Very close to Mt Rushmore and not far from other places of interest. The breakfast was a bonus, there are few restaurants around, so that was a real convenience. The rooms were clean but dated. It was nice to have citrus ice water and cofffee available in the lobby. There is a nice outdoor gazebo where we spent time.

  There was miscommunication regarding specific rooms reserved. I suggest taking screen shots of any emails because mine disappeared from booking.com. The standard rooms are very small, so I would suggest selecting a larger room. . We stayed at 3 different hotels and this was the only one that did not allow us to pay for rooms separately. The sinks are not in the bathroom and extremely small, there is little room for personal items, we had to put them on the tv stand. Parking can be tight and tricky.

  The check in staff (Bobby) was kind, helpful, treated us (especially my daughter) like family. He was amazing and I wish I had his last name to give him more credit. The beds were comfortable, the in room coffee was great and the refrigerator worked well which was convenient for leftovers. The location overall was clean, and quiet.

  The first room we were given smelled like cigarettes and body odor. The next room smelled better but the sofas were FILTHY and there was a dead cockroach that housekeeping should have got rid of. We didn't eat the breakfast. I didn't know there was a breakfast available.

  They charged my credit card an extra $663 for no reason after pay in Full with Booking. They said they will refund it but it never happened. The free breakfast is a joke. Floor is so sticky, frozen food, room overcapacity. Bedroom is not clean every day. Pool is dirt.

  The location of the hotel is great. Right in the hub of Beach Ave. Close to everything.

  The parking is tight and you have to park in an additional lot on the other side of the block, although we had no issues in that lot it makes leaving your beach stuff in the car a little inconvenient when you have to get it again the next day, but by no means a deal breaker for me
