      Breakfast was good. Liked the email and texts following up with me about my check in and check out. Room was nice. Staff was nice. Good price for stay. Great value.

      The magnetic strips on the door card erased on both mine and my friend's cards locking us out of our room.The cards are also very finicky when using them in the door. The gym was down because it was being renovated. A pool would be a great addition.

      It was located close to shopping and restaurants. Shower was great and the water was hot.

      #1-it had roaches all in the kitchen and dead roaches behind the dresser in the bedroom. I will provide a picture of a dead roach in the kitchen. #2-The phone in room 231 didn’t work and when I made the front desk aware she said that Matance was gone for the evening and someone would take care of it the next day but, that never happened. #3-Sink in bathroom was clogged up.

      SO DIRTY! Elevators are sketchy. Food is horrible - they served FROZEN waffles on the buffet. Legit frozen waffles still frozen in the middle. The pancakes were hard to eat - think bread that has been microwaved. The eggs were also rubbery. The coffee was burnt and the cups were dirty.

      The size of the room was good, it was nice and spacious.

      I didn't like that the Wi-Fi was slow, and the hotel itself look like it hadn't been updated since the 70's or 80's. The toilet had a weak flush, and they don't have an elevator. Also, they only had 1 ice machine and it was on 1st floor.
