Wonderful location, you can see seals directly from your porch, you can also cook fresh seafood from the kitchen, it's one of the closest hotels to the ocean, it was a very nice stay.

Minimal towels, no bathroom counter, bathroom sink dispensers on handicap bar as fell of wall, odors throughout, debris on carpets, elevator carpet unraveling, strong odors throughout, not comfortable. Stark bright bed overhead lighting. Pillow thick.

They only provided us with one washcloth for us, a couple staying two nights. We asked the property maintenance staff person who told us that the extra washcloths were in the laundry room on the top shelf. When we returned after dark, we had to fish through towels and unrelated items and found three washcloths that were heavily stained. I did not want to even touch them much less wash my face with them. We headed to Wal*Mart and bought new ones for our use.

We reserved a room with a balcony and a view of the see and bay. When we arrived we received a room in the basement, not updated, carpet smelled bad, door was in need of repair. When asked for the room we reserved, the answer we got was they were booked. The breakfast came prepackaged and cold. Oatmeal was cold, bisquits and gravy was cold, boiled egg came prepackaged in a liquid, and Plastic utensils! The staff was friendly but not very helpful. The price we paid for this hotel was ridiculous high for what we got. The beach that was advertised was very small and one had to climb down a steep hill to get to it. There was no way to secure the window to leave it open a bit due to the bad smell of the carpet- the staff simply stated they don’t have anything for it.

The hotel is located behind an abandoned business, very dark, and it looks like you're entering a horror movie. Once we checked in, we found out that the pool was closed even though on the app (we booked on booking.com), it said the pool was open. That was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. It was very outdated and smelled. We got in our room and it was dirty, it had been cleaned but it was just dirty. The bathroom was grungy, and around the tub and behind the bathroom door was actual dirt piled up. The walls had water damage on it like the room had been flooded. The clock had a white scum all over it. We talked to the front desk, called booking.com, and then left the hotel, we didnt feel safe. We had absolutely no contact with the hotel after that because they wouldn't respond to any emails. Every phone call was given the same reply that it was sent to email via the manager, and there was no reply.
