  I love that it’s in the center of everything from a shopping center, lots of restaurants and close to the beach!! It’s also very clean from the lobby up to the room. Friendly staff as well. Definitely will be staying here again.

  Handicap accessible. Clean. Good sized room. Comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Close to many attractions. Easy checkin/out. Nice amenities such as a fitness room, 2 pools, hot tub and a pub. I would definitely come back.

  To make the pool enjoyable for everyone you should install a lift chair on the indoor pool. The beds in the handicap rooms shouldn't be so high (some have difficulty getting on them) and staff shouldn't park in illegal spots blocking handicap vehicles.

  Good location in Chelsea, clean and fresh rooms-noticeable that the hotel is new, personnel was helpful, breakfast- good quality for American standards

  The room was very very small, absolutely not able to fit three adults in comfortably, there was only smallish cabinet for clothes, we could not even unpack our suitcases, noisy A/C, small breakfast premises-seating capacity insufficient, long waiting times for lifts-sometimes even 10+ minutes

  Several things ruined our stay: - Smell of tobacco. Eventually we had to move to a different hotel and owners of this property promised but failed to compensate - When they sent someone to “clean” tobacco smell (did not help), we found out after that the door to the apartment is ajar (see photo). Literally empty apartment, and door not just not locked but open. Imagine that happened to you. Unacceptable. - They likely operate against the rules of apartment complex, because they asked us to lie to reception representatives (see screenshot), to not mention any “hotel” and just say we are simple guests. Not super comfortable, not something to be expected from people who are on vacation and want to relax. Overall - would not recommend

  Room starting to wear down. Drain in shower did not work and tub filled with water. A used washrag was found in the sofa bed when pulled out. Had to go ask for sheets as they were not stocked for the sofa bed. Were initially given a key to an occupied room and disturbed another guest.
