Was not aware that it was an extended stay or residence type property. The room was clean but there were things broken like the shower curtain rod and There was mold in the drawers of the vanity.

Their interface with Booking.com was almost non-existent. At first they could find the reservation(s) (two rooms). First room got it figured out and chose the room for our daughter when she was to arrive a bit later. When she checked in they did not find the reservation and charged her AGAIN for the room even though it was 100% pre-paid.

Breakfast was very good—nice and nutritious. The room could have been a bit cleaner, as there was a slight smoke smell. I also noticed that while the bed was made, the sheets weren’t changed. I had spilled some chocolate on the bed the night before and saw it was still there when I returned.

The room smelled like smoke and seemed to have poor insulation—I could hear conversations clearly. Some towels had stains, and overall cleanliness could have been better. Also, the fridge and microwave being placed in the restroom felt awkward.
