The staff at the hotel is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked (at 7:30 am) and the person keeping the breakfast running was attentive and a lovely human. The food was what one would expect at these types of breakfasts, but it hit the spot and was plentiful. Parking was easy (somewhat off season now), desk attendants were both nice and helpful. Bed was comfy and I slept well.

This hotel had an outer face lift a few years ago, I am not sure if that included the rooms. The rooms and overall decor are tired. Lots of brown and furniture that needs updating and replacing. The bathrooms were clean as was the room, but the overall feel is like a walk back in time. My room was opposite the elevator, and by 6 am the "dinging" was prominent.

We loved our stay at The Guest House at Graceland. It is a beautiful place, and friendly staff. We also liked that it was across the street / next door to Graceland. Melanie at Delta's restaurant is a superstar.

We didn't like that the internet did not work properly. We had to step outside to use our phones. This place has an awesome shower, but it could use a bigger caddy. We had trouble with our soaps and shampoos.

Upon arrival could not accommodate our reservation for a king room, the first night had a very small double room, the next day we were able to move to a king room which was very nice. The location is outstanding!

The breakfast buffet was plentiful but lacked variety from day to day. Seemed to focus on their Asian customers… Miso soup for breakfast! No breakfast meats and hard boiled eggs peeled in a warm water bath. Not the best but did the job to start the day.

I couldn’t stay in the hotel because to me, it had a very strong smell of mold. I left and booked another hotel. I was only refunded one night out of two nights from the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel until it is tested for mold.
